  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas canned or cooked from dry
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for stir-frying
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free option
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil for flavor

Method
 

  1. In a large stir-fry pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  4. Add the cooked chickpeas, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir everything together and cook for another 5-7 minutes until heated through.
