Ingredients
  

Beef Steak
  • 2 sirloin steaks room temperature
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Roasted Potatoes
  • 3 medium potatoes cut in cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
Vegetable Mix
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss potato cubes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a tray and roast for 20–25 minutes until golden.
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  3. Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time to preferred doneness.
  4. In the same skillet, add broccoli, onions, and tomatoes. Sauté for 3–5 minutes until softened.
  5. Slice the steak and serve with roasted potatoes and mixed vegetables.
